Hello, I am Blendi and I was born in Tirana in 1991.
Graduated in finance, I progressively became interested in photography as a means of self-expression. Initially, my photography was oriented toward an artistic approach, using vivid colors and constantly searching for symmetry. Over time my focus evolved and, in an effort to convey art with a purpose, I shifted toward documentary photography. Since 2020, I have been documenting various social events, civil society mobilizations, urbex and life in some of the remotest areas of the country, while also aiming to reflect how Tirana's urban and cultural past continues to coexist with its evolving present.
